Whenever you send an email or posts, you must always check whether you use words with wrong spelling or whatever. You must always not use bad or rude words. If you recieve an email, and there are words with wrong, do not remind the sender that they spelt the word wrongly. Also, it is good to just type the mail first and then type the email address and send it.
